2Network System

    Owned six core systems with our own IPR, containing 5 online trading systems and 1capital settlement system
* Public listing & trading system: projects go public on-line, entire-process service for trading, issuing exchange certificate and sales confirmation.
* Transferee Registration System: meet the need of customer registration as well as customized service.
* Project Marketing System: online negotiation by audio and video, online road show, and project presentation.
* Project Announcement System: joint announcement launched by both TJFAE website and pointed media nationwide.
* Long-distance Bidding System: exchange services via VPN (virtual private network) for 31 provinces (Hong Kong included) and trans-region bidding service.

* Capital Settlement System: the e-settlement of nationwide capital which is kept by the third side bank.

3Transaction Mode

    All transactions will be conducted through the online trading system.
* Non-performing financial assets and financial enterprise state-owned assets are traded by public bidding, agreement transfer or other ways accepted by both sides.
    If there are more than 2 (including 2) candidates of transferees occurring upon the expiration of transferring information posted, public bidding will be resorted to conduct the bidding transaction.
    Public bidding contains online bidding, auction, tendering and bidding as well as other ways permitted within the rules and regulations of TJFAE. And ways of online bidding contains quotations for once and one round, quotations for more than once but one round (time lapse may occur), quotations for once one round but more than one round and weighted quotations.

Agreement transfer
    According to related rules, agreement transfer is adopted and transaction should be conducted on the Exchange. Organized by TJFAE, the two trading sides (the transferor and the transferee) sign the agreement based on the higher valence of the listed one and the quotation made by transferees.

Other ways
    If other biding methods are being requested, TJFAE is there to work out the specific executive scenario according to the characteristics of asset trading projects.
* Methods of credit asset trading are public bidding and price negotiation.

Public bidding
    In case transferors do not put forward base price for price negotiation, candidates of transferees should make an offer and bid higher than base price.

Ways of price negotiation:
    After transferors put forward the base price for price negotiation, candidates of transferees can make an offer and bid higher than base price
